Studio 36 Acupuncture and Herbs strives to ensure accessibility of its website for everyone, including individuals with visual, hearing or other cognitive disabilities. Good faith efforts are being made to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 and statue’s implementing regulations at 34 C.F.R. Part 104, and Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (Title II), and to comply with Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (Section 504).

We have established procedures to submit a complaint regarding a violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Section 504 and Title II related to accessibility of any of Studio 36 Acupuncture and Herbs web content which is developed by or maintained through our office by filling out the Website Accessibility Request Form. Office staff will review and evaluate new and existing material that is published and uploaded to the website for accessibility on a periodic basis, at least twice a year.  Webpages with errors will be corrected in a timely manner.
